Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the United States. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
The shipping methods and estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Please note that these timeframes are estimates and do not include the order processing time. Shipping times may be longer during holidays, promotional periods, or due to unforeseen carrier delays. We are not responsible for delays once the package is in the possession of the shipping carrier.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
Our return and exchange policy lasts 14 days from the date you receive your item. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges without prior authorization. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or was incorrect due to an error on our part. Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return shipping label.
